Platform

Nine tools. One system.

Everything a publishing operation runs on — royalty statements, catalog protection, contracts, broadcast monitoring and songwriter relations — in a single platform that carries your logo, your colors and your domain.

Statements in. Payouts out.

Drop in any royalty statement as .xlsx or .csv — from societies, DSP aggregators or sub-publishers. PubDesk turns each month in the file into a tracked period and applies every songwriter's split automatically, so the payout side of your business stops living in spreadsheets.

Received, payable and your own share are separated per period, per work and per rightsholder. Reprocess or remove a month at any time, and recalculate distributions with one click.

Import unlimited statements — a file with several months is split automatically
Splits applied per songwriter, with the publisher's share calculated on every line
Every processed file becomes an auditable period you can reopen or remove

Find every copy of your recordings.

Upload the master and PubDesk fingerprints the audio against a global catalog — surfacing sped-up, slowed and re-uploaded versions of your recordings released under other names, with ISRC, label, distributor and a match confidence score for each hit.

Results are saved for the whole team, so a search done once becomes a permanent record of where the recording appeared and what has been done about it.

Audio-fingerprint matching catches sped-up and slowed re-releases
Each match comes with ISRC, label, distributor and confidence score
Export findings to Excel to back up claims and takedown requests

New releases, caught before the money leaks.

The radar monitors the artists connected to your songwriters. When a new song is released that is not in your catalog yet, it appears here with its data already collected — ready to register before the first statement arrives.

Exclusivity is tracked per songwriter, so the system tells you which works you can register directly and which ones need an agreement signed first.

Monitors the artists linked to each songwriter in your roster
Unregistered releases surface with their data ready for the registration export
Exclusivity flags separate direct registrations from deals still to be signed

A pipeline built for publishing deals.

Songwriters you want to sign, publishers you want to administer, sync partners you are courting — every relationship moves through one board, from prospecting to negotiation to closed, with the estimated value and the owner on each card.

Totals per stage, amount at stake and conversion rate sit at the top, so you always know what the pipeline is worth before your next call.

Estimated value, contact channel and owner tracked on every opportunity
Amount at stake and conversion rate visible at the top of the pipeline

Film & TV placements, properly documented.

When your works land in TV shows, films and advertising, the cue sheet is what turns the placement into performance royalties. PubDesk keeps the production, the episode, the usage type and the timing of each cue in one structured record instead of a folder of PDFs.

Cue sheets live next to the works and rightsholders they reference, so the chain from placement to society filing to statement stays traceable end to end.

Log production, episode, usage type and duration per cue
Cues link back to the registered works and their splits
Everything stays ready for society filings and audits

Know where your works aired — and what they were worth.

PubDesk holds broadcaster performance data so you do not have to upload anything: pick a broadcaster and a date range, and the system searches those logs for your catalog — matching your publisher names and your work titles automatically.

Each hit comes back priced by the rate table that was in force on the broadcast date, giving you a defensible number for claims, licensing conversations and collections.

Search broadcaster performance logs without uploading a single file
Matches run on your publisher names and your catalog's titles

From template to signed archive.

Keep your own .docx templates with fields in brackets, and generate a contract with the rightsholder's data filled in — name, shares, term — in seconds. No more copy-pasting the last deal and hoping you caught every field.

When a signed contract comes back, upload it and PubDesk reads what it can — rightsholder, percentage, term, date — and opens the record for you to review and link to the roster. The archive holds everything you've generated plus the deals you already had.

Your own .docx templates, with as many variants as you need
Contracts generated with the rightsholder's data already filled in
Signed uploads are parsed and linked to the rightsholder on file

Give every songwriter their own front door.

Each rightsholder in your roster gets portal access under your brand — their catalog, their statements, their balance — without emailing a spreadsheet ever again. You control the administration fee and the contract terms per songwriter, and the portal reflects them.

Because PubDesk is white-label and speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, the songwriter sees your publishing company — not ours — in their own language.

Unlimited songwriters, each with profile, admin fee and portal access
Statements and balances visible to the songwriter, always up to date
Runs under your logo, colors and domain — in English, Spanish or Portuguese

Society-ready registrations, at catalog scale.

Register works with their songwriters, splits, recordings and administered shares — by searching for the recorded track on streaming platforms or entering it manually. The catalog you build here feeds every other tool on the platform.

When it is time to file, PubDesk exports the industry-standard CWR 2.1 file plus society spreadsheets, so bulk registration stops being weeks of manual data entry.

Unlimited works, with splits, recordings and administered shares
