The price on this page is the whole price. Here is what we will never charge you for.
No royalty cut
PubDesk never takes a percentage of the royalties that flow through your account. Whether you process $500 or $500,000 in statements, the price is the same $99.
No per-seat pricing
Add your whole team and every songwriter on your roster. Portal accounts, admin users and collaborators are all included — headcount never changes your bill.
No lock-in
Your catalog, statements and contacts are your data. Export everything at any time in standard formats — and if you cancel, you take it all with you.
FAQ
Common questions
How long does setup take?
You can be live within days, not months. We provision your white-label environment, apply your branding, and walk your team through a guided onboarding. The main variable is importing your catalog — we help you map your existing works and songwriter data so you start from a complete picture.
Do you take a percentage of my royalties?
Never. PubDesk is software, not an administrator. Royalties are processed inside your account and paid out under your rules — we never touch the money and never take a share of it. The flat $99/month is our only revenue from your business.
Who owns the data? Can I leave?
You own everything: works, songwriters, statements, contracts and contacts. You can export your full data at any time, in standard formats, without asking us. If you cancel, nothing is held hostage — cancel anytime, export, and go.
Which royalty statements can PubDesk process?
PubDesk ingests statements from your societies, sub-publishers, distributors and DSP aggregators. Each source gets a mapping — set up with you during onboarding — that tells the system how to read that file's columns. Once mapped, future statements from the same source process automatically, and every line is matched against your catalog. See statement processing for details.
Is it really my brand?
Yes. Your logo, your colors and your own domain — songwriters log into your portal, not ours. PubDesk stays invisible to your roster; to them, the platform is simply your publishing company's system.
What languages does the platform support?
The interface is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese — for both your team and your songwriters' portal. Each user picks their own language, so an international roster can share one platform.
